Role summary
Manages, directs, or supervises staff and the development and implementation of the Instructional Design function. Responsibilities include design and development of effective training programs for the organization such as e-learning courses, online manuals, instructional videos, and learning simulations leveraging instructional design methodology. Manages the development of assessments to measure the effectiveness of coursework.
