Role summary

Manages, directs, or supervises staff involved in the proactive and strategic workforce planning process and function. Monitors and oversees the implementation of interventions, actions, and plans on an on-going basis to assess, evaluate, and recommend revision needs. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and related Workforce Planning and Management experience.
