Role summary
Provides consultation, expertise and support to business leaders in the development and execution of diversity and inclusion plans. In addition to contributing to the overall diversity and inclusion initiatives, may be directly responsible for specific lines of business. May assist in preparing affirmative action plans, availability, and utilization analyses, if applicable. Must be familiar with relevant federal and state legislation affecting employment.
