Role summary
Provides leadership in developing a global real estate strategy and executing on the expansion and shifting needs of the organization's workforce. Responsible for lease negotiations in partnership with Legal. Manages and collaborates with outside real estate brokers, consultants, and other third parties as necessary. Works closely Finance to ensure review financial costs, considerations and the risks of new opportunities. Typically requires degrees in Construction, Business, Finance, or related studies plus Real Estate or Property Management experience in large complex organizations.
