Role summary
Supports HR Generalists and Specialists in meeting their information reporting and analysis needs. Troubleshoots HRIS issues and problems. Additionally, may be actively involved in coordinating the implementation of software upgrades, or other technical projects with a view to minimizing disruption to users. Independently performs parts of larger complex projects or may independently lead and coordinate simple projects. Meets with the user community to understand their needs for data reporting and analysis and may make recommendations as to how best to structure analyses to maximize the functionality of the software available. Working on assignments, may write queries to retrieve information from one or more database repositories and define the format of the output provided. Additionally, may leverage knowledge to perform complex analyses to uncover patterns in the data or other statistical summaries for the benefit of the user community. Participates in ongoing verification and updating of the information stored in the core databases. Requires experience with HRIS databases and systems in large complex organizations.
