Role summary
Leveraging analytical skills and knowledge, supports the executive compensation function in the design, implementation and ongoing management of executive compensation programs and initiatives. Provides ongoing operational support to management on executive compensation related issues including Base Salary, Annual Incentives, and Long Term Compensation, and ensures that they are appropriately balanced and competitive relative to the needs of the organization and patterns within the industry. Evaluates at a detailed level the impact of current and pending regulatory, legislative, and reporting and disclosure requirements relative to executive compensation including proxy requirements. May also support the development of various presentations relative to Salary Competitiveness, Annual Executive Bonuses, and Long Term Compensation issues such as deferred programs, Stock Options or Restricted Stock awards, and other initiatives. May evaluate and select various market data sources and manage the survey participation process. Maintains corporate standards and templates for executive’s job descriptions, titling conventions, and plan documentation and rules for incentive plans. Additionally, may be involved in various ad hoc projects intended to solve specific problems and may take a leading analysis role in them.
