Role summary
Engaged in a spectrum of strategic employee activities and processes to attract, hire, motivate, and retain high performing talent for an assigned group. Develops executive level communications and drives actionable output from key talent strategies. Keeps abreast of job/role competencies, organizational change, and “upskilling” needs. Tracks goals and implements plans, tools, programs, and methods to assure positive employee engagement and talent acquisition.
