Role summary
Manages, directs, or supervises staff and corporate investor relations communications programs. Ensures that active and effective investor communications and relations policies and programs are developed and implemented in the organization. Manages relationships with outside analysts, shareholders, trade media, and other stakeholders. Manages the creation and release of communications developed for shareholders, investors, and analysts. Manages content development, creation and review of the Annual and Quarterly reports and investor kits. Manages and plans for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Manages activities including the preparation of investor presentations, press releases, analyses of company stock performance, relations with analysts and shareholders, managing the investor relations portion of the company’s website, SEC filings, and the production and distribution of the company's annual report. Requires an understanding of disclosure and other shareholder communication regulations and experience in finance, investor relations, and/or communications.
