Role summary
Plans and organizes corporate and other events of varying sizes which promote the image of the company overall or specific products, services, or public interest issues. Directly involved in one or more aspects of event development such as: theme selection, budget development and management, venue selection, talent or speaker booking, and the management and coordination of the multiple details and people involved in implementing a successful event. In addition to ongoing coordination with the client before and during the event, also conducts post event reviews to identify areas in need of improvement for future events. Requires experience in planning and implementing successful large scale events.
