Additionally, may analyze at a detailed level the potential impact of pending or actual legislation on the organization's benefit programs and associated costs. May have extensive interaction with third-party administrators, benefit plan providers, auditors, consultants and actuaries on data collection, compilation for internal standard and ad hoc analyses. Some training or partial qualification in actuarial sciences would be advantageous.
