Responsible for providing analysis for investor relations communications and programs to support shareholder value. Prepares investor presentations, press releases, analyses of company stock performance, relations with analysts and shareholders, managing the investor relations portion of the company’s website, SEC filings, and the production and distribution of the company's annual report. May work with outside analysts, shareholders, trade media, and other stakeholders. May assist in planning for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
