Role summary

Manages, directs, or supervises staff and activities responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, mobility, and wellbeing initiatives. Ensures programs are competitive, cost effective, and aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Oversees activities such as salary structure administration, market pricing, incentive and variable pay programs, health and welfare and retirement benefits, employee mobility or relocation programs, and wellbeing programs. May manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) processes supporting compensation and benefits administration and provides guidance to leadership on program implementation, policy interpretation, and program effectiveness.
