VP Change Management

Role summary

Responsible for providing leadership in the development of a strategic approach to implement and oversee programs, communications, services and techniques that strengthen, educate and assist employees and management to remain engaged, and effective major organizational transformations. Ensures the consistent use of effective methodologies and techniques when assisting employees and managers cycle through major change initiatives while minimizing the detrimental impact to the business. Participates in major transformational changes and partners with leaders to customize the training, support and services that will be needed to help employees transition more effectively while learning new roles, organizational structures and work processes. Creates overarching communication themes and messaging, presentation materials and written communications to be used in BOD meetings, Town Hall meetings, staff and departmental sessions, executive memos, etc. Oversees the needs analysis assessments to identify present/future state, gaps and solutions at the individual, team and organizational levels (e.g., through interviews, focus groups, data collections and analysis). Analyzes interdepartmental handoffs and intradepartmental efficiency. Ensures the creation of innovative OD/change resources and toolkits for managers/leaders, HR and employees related to change management and organization design initiatives. Typically requires degrees in Business, Human Resources or related studies plus Change Management or Organizational Development.
