Role summary
Manages, directs, or supervises staff and corporate development activities to grow and restructure various business areas in the company. Assigns projects and reviews progress and reports development by subordinates, including financial models, merger models, valuation models, and earn-out models. Typically requires an individual with a master’s degree in finance or an MBA, a management or leadership background in investment banking or management consulting and relevant finance experience.
