Role summary
Responsible for design and administration of Sales Compensation Programs and Plans to achieve sales goals and targets. Collaborates with management in Sales, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Payroll to execute an effective and efficient sales incentive process. Maintains master data in multiple systems to ensure control and accuracy. Monitors sales plan effectiveness, tracks achievement, analyzes, and audits performance reports. Investigates and troubleshoots a wide variety of questions, issues, or problems, exercising sound judgement and substantial independence. Keeps abreast of Sales Compensation trends and participates in the design and/or modification of plans or programs to motivate and reward the Salesforce. Communicates plans and interprets questions to ensure plan compliance and understanding. Administers pay, bonus, and commission programs, and serves as an interface to Sales Operations as required.
