Role summary
Supports the Executive Assistant to the CEO in providing full administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer of the organization. This responsibility may include providing assistance on some or all of the following duties: greeting, screening and entertaining visitors, writing of routine correspondence to a variety of audiences via e-mail, traditional mail, or other formats, screening telephone calls from a variety of callers including, executives, shareholders, Board Members, customers, media, and other sources, management of the CEO’s schedule for both the organization’s activities and outside charitable or other activities of the incumbent, making all travel arrangements, coordinating and scheduling meetings, organizing hospitality or other events sponsored by the CEO, tracking and coordination of expenses, tracking any budget for the Office of the CEO, documenting meetings, and general administrative follow-up on behalf of the CEO. Typically requires a degree and executive level administrative support experience in a large complex organization.
