Role summary

Reviews/approves relevant policies and exceptions and frames overall direction to be implemented by subordinate Vendor Management and/or other corporate leaders. Negotiates, and frequently represents the organization both internally and externally at highest levels to achieve strategic Vendor Management goals and objectives.
