Role summary
Provides high level of operational leadership and coordination of assigned clinical research staff members in the initiation, monitoring, completion, and reporting of clinical studies. Responsible for personell, budgetary and fiscal management, quality assurance, data management, proper documentation and reporting, and compliance with various policies and regulations. Serves as liaison between the research staff and sponsors, collaborators, and regulatory agencies. Requires an RN license and at least 5 years' nursing experience in the designated study area.
