Role summary
Responsible for providing strategic leadership in conceiving and developing innovative and customer driven product designs that provide the company with a competitive advantage in its product portfolio in order to help achieve revenue and profit objectives. Selects, engages and oversees outside agencies and vendors and manages the relationship with them at the executive level. Also requires advanced knowledge of illustration, computer aided drafting (CAD), art direction, planning, and product development processes. Typically requires a degree in design and product design experience.
