Role summary
Responsible for developing close relationships with peer level executives in the client communities supported to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business or functional processes, their existing hardware deployment and their business objectives. Identifies how best systems solutions could support those objectives in a more effective and efficient manner and develops systems plans and proposals for review and approval by those client communities. Some systems may have organization wide impact while others may be more focused on a specific subset of client needs or processes. Responsible for establishing policies, processes and methodologies to ensure that the business context is properly analyzed, and the resulting systems meet or exceed defined requirements and goals as agreed with the client(s). Works closely with the Software Development leadership in coordinating the design and implementation of software solutions. Requires Systems Analysis experience, including the leadership and coordination of projects, critical to the business success of the organization.
