Role summary
Develops and oversees the implementation of the company's global strategy and process for the budget planning function. Partners with the organizations regional, division and functional leadership team to provide guidance on targeted expenditure requirements necessary to achieve the organization's profit margins while enabling the need for innovation and long-term growth. Finalizes and presents the proposed budget plans to executive leadership and /or the Board for review and approval after the iterative process of negotiation has been completed.
