Role summary
Manages, directs, or supervises staff and the management, maintenance, and development of the eDiscovery function. May have a corporate-wide support role or may be assigned to a particular client group, depending on the scale and complexity. Collaborates and assists investigators, attorneys, paralegals, project managers and outside counsel with eDiscovery matters. Requires knowledge of contemporary eDiscovery concepts and practices as well as an understanding of the legal, regulatory, legislative, compliance and technological environments impacting the process. Typically has a Bachelor’s Degree and may have a Juris Doctorate.
