Role summary
Oversees the development, implementation, and measurement of all revenue management practices (owned, managed and franchised) and initiatives within their group of hotels, ensuring execution of transient and group pricing and inventory strategies that optimize revenue. Responsible for approximately 25 hotels. Main responsibilities include providing ongoing analysis and feedback to hotels on the effectiveness of revenue management strategies, identifying and working with critical - need hotels on pricing and mix management, and ensuring strategic and operational compliance to all revenue management best practices and business strategies. While interfacing with the entire hotel strategy team to educate and develop their revenue management expertise, the Regional Revenue Manager works directly with the hotel Revenue Manager to ensure the execution of the above strategies, as well as address any training and development opportunities. This position does not have day-to-day responsibility of a hotel property.
