Role summary
Manages, directs, or supervises staff and coaches teams coaching teams and provides training content on Agile methodologies. Supports Scrum Masters in preparations for daily scrums, including sprint goals, daily sprints, inspection of progress in sprint backlog, and delivery of increments. Project manages one or more projects focused on areas such as business analysis, software development, and systems implementation. In addition to IT peers, works closely with business unit clients to coordinate major schedules, project budgets, project milestones, and ultimate project deliverables. Evaluates the resources needed to accomplish the objectives within the agreed timeframe and establishes the staffing plan for each project, using a combination of internal and contract expertise. Typically requires prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and progressive delivery and management of enterprise IT projects. May have a background in consulting or big 4 accounting firms.
