Role summary
Plans and executes on-site delivery of corporate and business-unit sponsored events. An integral part of the Events Marketing Team from concept to delivery. May be involved in analysis and selection of event sites and associated facilities, contribute to negotiation of terms and contracts with venues and service providers to maximize efficiencies and ensure compliance with budget and company policies and procedures, and track and report on results against measurable targets. Develops and implements project plans, track expenses against budgets, and manage relationships with some service providers. May identify and assist in selection of internal and external subject matter experts for events and leverage meeting planning best practices and creativity and to assure that events are engaging and productive.
