Lead ERP Analyst

Role summary

Supports broad utilization of the ERP systems and is responsible for undertaking analysis of the ERP system performance to ensure it is achieving its systems and business objectives. De-bugs, configures, modifies, and maintains the assigned elements and modules to ensure optimal performance. May interact with both internal IT functions and Vendor staff in resolving performance, security or other problems. Interacts with groups in the assigned area to make progressive improvements to both business processes and system functionality and may provide strategic insights to management. May also be involved in the full product development lifecycle, from design through development to testing and implementation, on new ERP initiatives, or component of such initiatives. May develop detailed requirements, functional specification, and test documents to ensure ERP changes are consistent with business needs. May coordinate the smooth transition to the new systems with peer levels in the systems and client groups as well as with Vendor staff and contractors and may provide training to user groups. Requires a working knowledge of the architecture, workflow, reporting and publication processes of the ERP system. Requires ERP deployment, implementation, and performance evaluation experience in large, complex environments, in either a consulting or in a corporate capacity.
