Expert Marketing Generalist

Role summary

Responsible for performing a variety of marketing activities applying knowledge across a broad set of marketing disciplines (two or more marketing areas). This may include such areas as Product/Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Advertising, Channel Marketing, Social Media, Event Marketing, Database Marketing, or Marketing Strategy. May design develop, implement, or manage marketing plans to raise awareness about the company, its products and services. May develop, plan, and implement marketing communications campaigns that increase customer awareness of the company’s products and services to drive revenue. May be responsible for various activities including the creation and review of collateral materials such as print, digital marketing, social media, and other communications to support integrated marketing efforts. Reviews and analyzes metrics from prior campaigns to optimize future campaigns. Works with key stakeholders and internal partners to integrate marketing into their programs and analyzes and measures results. May work with outside agencies for advertising and be responsible for research, negotiation, and purchasing of paid search and online advertising, with a goal of reaching the target audience at a cost-effective price. May manage digital marketing content across various channels including email, paid search (SEM), SEO, social media, blogs, e-newsletters, videos, display advertising on Websites, podcasts, and applications, or may develop short-, and/or long-term marketing strategies. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or in a related field and related experience.
