Role summary
Responsible for supporting digital, social media, marketing, and other functions in meeting their digital reporting and analysis needs. Responsible for implementing measurement strategies that align digital marketing objectives with the company’s business objectives. This includes the development of key performance indicators (KPI’s) for digital marketing efforts, such as web traffic, click thru rates, new customer acquisition, social interaction (e.g., likes, bookmarks, email subscriptions), social content performance, demographic analysis, customer attrition, and profitability. May support other functions in their research needs such as digital marketing, social media, marketing communications, brand management, sales . May work collaboratively with other functions and outside vendors/agencies to design campaigns and KPI’s to measure performance of those campaigns. Develops and monitors KPI dashboards that consolidate performance metrics into a single view screen. Performs return on investment (ROI) analysis to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns. May also perform ad-hoc analytics and analysis to support requests from other departments. Must have a strong knowledge of analytics software and website optimization tools.
