The Subsidiary Chief Operating Officer is responsible for delivering day-to-day operational results for the subsidiary, under the leadership of the parent corporation, including sales, profitability and operational performance standards as determined by the CEO and senior executive team. Ensures that the Subsidiary CEO is current on all the operations of the company and communicates operations policies to employees. Leads the company’s strategic initiatives, growth strategies and organizational changes. This is a single incumbent position.
