Role summary
Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining anti-money laundering and other compliance programs in support of all product lines of business operations. This includes day-to-day and strategic responsibility for US and international AML and terrorist finance risk assessment compliance and corresponding laws and regulations. Serves as a key company representative in meetings with agencies, including the US Department of Treasury, foreign governments' equivalent finance ministries, United Nations, and other domestic & international regulators Maintains relationships with law enforcement and financial services industry groups to impact policy. The position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and leads a team of compliance vice presidents, directors, managers and professionals and compliance operational staff. Typically requires a Juris Doctorate experience in all aspects of implementing compliance programs domestically and internationally. Most risk of personal liability for compliance failings.
