Role summary
Manages, directs, or supervises staff and meeting the systems analysis objectives for the assigned client groups. Works closely with peer level management in the client group to develop detailed systems specifications to respond to their needs for new or modified systems, based on a thorough analysis of the existing processes, systems and hardware and their business objectives. Systems Analysis projects are designed to enhance some important issues such as cost savings, improved performance, greater time efficiency, expanded capability or some other characteristics. Assigns teams of professionals to various projects and coordinates these projects in a structured and systematic way, using appropriate tools and methodologies. Coordinates closely with the Applications Development group to ensure that applications are consistent with the defined systems requirements. Requires Systems Analysis experience, including the concepts, policies and practices required to deliver multiple complex projects on time and at the required standard.
