Role summary
Responsible for developing, planning, and implementing email marketing campaigns that increase customer awareness of the company’s products and services in order to drive revenue. Plans, targets, schedules, configures, tests, executes, reports and optimizes email campaigns. Incorporates email content from copywriters, format and design, as well as website and landing page development. Tests the effectiveness of email subject lines, message body content, and landing pages on various email list segments using techniques such as A/B testing. May work with internal resources and outside agencies to plan and develop and email marketing campaigns. Analyzes metrics from previous communications campaigns to optimize future campaigns. Must be familiar with email marketing concepts, database list management, email platforms, design software and programming languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL).
